This large, rustic, circular basket has a high handle and is a robust and structured piece. It has green and chestnut inter-woven wicker strands which form two subtle stripes around the body of the basket near the rim and towards the base. A great piece to take to the farmers' market.
Dimensions: height to rim 27cm, height to top of handle 47cm. Diameter at rim 33cm. Some minor wear in keeping with vintage age. Sound and strong construction throughout and good capacity. More close-up images will be added and are available on request.
