A lovely vintage butter dish from Sylvac in the form of a basket of sunflowers.
This large butter dish has a basketweave pattern to the lower dish and this is glazed in a rich straw colour. The underside is also glazed and has the pressed marks for Sylac, the pattern number 5169 and Made in England plus an original sticker still intact.
Dimensions: height 9cm, length 14.5cm, width 10cm. Crazing to glaze throughout - please see images as these form part of description. Some discolouration due to age, but still a very useful and sound piece. Could be used to keep treasures, trinkets etc. Maker's marks on base.
