An antique French faience vase with scalloped rim and four feet is hand painted with a scene of a windmill, cottage and boat and has detailed floral and scrolled decoration with twin handles which are pierced. Great colour and vibrancy in this special piece.
Dimensions: height 10cm, diameter at rim 9cm. 19th century and hand marked on base with JJ.T 38 signifying maker. Decorated throughout - windmill on one side only. No chips or cracks. Natural aged wear to base of four feet in keeping with age.
