Delivery

Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order (allowing for weekends).

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

If you need a faster delivery please selected Express Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD for heavier orders.

At present we do not ship internationally, however if you send us an email via the Contact page we can supply an estimate for shipping outside of the UK and you are responsible for any import/shipping duties charged. Supply details of the items and the delivery location.

UK P&P are as follows:

£5.99 - Standard delivery (Royal Mailed Tracked 48) - delivery within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends)

£8.99 - Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD) - delivery within 1-2 working days.

Free delivery for orders over £100.

 

Returns

Should you wish to return an item, please email via the Contact page within a week of receiving your order.

When returning items, please wrap carefully to avoid any breakages and use a tracked postage service with insurance. As soon as we receive your returned order and check the condition we will then refund the price of the item via the website.
