A useful and decorative piece, this beautiful blue and white sharing platter or serving dish in the "Wilton Lily" pattern - a rare blue and white transferware design (1920s-1930s) by A G Harley-Jones, Fenton Works, Stoke-on-Trent. Designed by Horace Wain, a prominent ceramic designer who previously worked with Carlton Ware, this dish has delicate gilding and a scalloped rim.
